Terms of Use

These terms cover the getshowandtell.com website and the Show & Tell app for macOS, made by SideQuest. By using either, you agree to them.
The license
Show & Tell is licensed, not sold. A license key is issued to a specific email address and is for that person's use — please don't share, publish, or resell keys.
Founder licenses issued during early access are perpetual and include app updates. New installs include a 7-day trial; when the trial ends, capture features pause until a license is entered, and everything you've already captured remains yours and accessible in the app.
Early access
Show & Tell is in active development. Features may change, and you may run into bugs — reports are welcome at support@getshowandtell.com.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site or the license service, and don't use automated tools to request keys in bulk.
No warranty
The software and this site are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SideQuest is not liable for damages arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be limited.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
